Privacy and notices.
What we collect, where it goes and who sees it, in plain English. Last updated: October 9, 2026.
The short version
- What we collect
- If you use the contact form: your name, work email, business type and your message. If you book a call: the details you give the booking tool, such as your name, email, the time you choose and any notes.
- Where it goes
- Form messages go to Formspree. Bookings go to Cal.com. Both reach Vijay Barot by email.
- Who sees it
- Vijay Barot, and the services named on this page that carry the message or booking. We do not sell your details.
- How to ask for deletion
- Email Vijaybarot@aviraops.com and ask. We will reply, and we will delete what we hold unless we are required to keep it.
Details
Contact form
When you send the form, we collect your name, work email, business type and message. We use them to reply to you and to talk about whether we can help. We do not ask for health, patient, financial or tax details, and we ask you not to send them. The form is run by Formspree, which passes your message to us.
Booking tool
Booking a call uses Cal.com. Cal.com collects the details you enter, such as your name, email, the time you pick and any notes. It sends you a confirmation email. Cal.com has its own privacy policy, which applies to what it collects. We see the booking so we can hold the call.
Hosting
This site is a set of static pages hosted by Cloudflare. Like most hosts, it may keep standard technical logs, such as your IP address and the page requested, to run and protect the site.
Analytics
We do not use analytics on this site at launch. If we add any, we will update this page first and say what it measures.
Cookies
This site does not set cookies of its own. Fonts are loaded from our own site, not from a font service. The booking tool or form service may set its own cookies when you use it.
How long we keep details
We keep inquiry and booking details for 12 months. After that we delete them, unless we are working together or the law requires us to keep them. If we work together, we will agree in writing what we hold and for how long.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it or delete it. Email us and we will answer. Some states, including California, give residents set rights over their data. As a small business we may be below the size those laws apply to. We will respond to your request either way. We do not sell or share your details for advertising.
Children
This site is for business owners and staff. It is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their details. If you think a child has sent us something, email us and we will delete it.
Email from us
We reply to messages you send us. If we ever send you marketing email, it will say who we are, say it is an advertisement and give you an easy way to stop it. We will act on a stop request within 10 business days.
Changes to this page
If our practices change, we will update this page and the date at the top. The date shows when it was last changed.

Notices
- AI use: AviraOps builds automation that uses AI. Any assistant or demo is labeled as an AI assistant. Its replies can be wrong, so a person should check anything important.
- No medical, legal or tax advice. Nothing on this site or from an assistant we build is medical, legal, tax or financial advice. Ask a qualified professional.
- No guarantee of results. Nothing on this site promises a particular result. Outcomes depend on your business, your clients and how you use what we build.
- Third-party tools: our builds and this site rely on tools run by other companies, such as Cal.com and a form service. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to what they handle.
- No patient or tax records at launch: our builds handle inquiry details only, such as a name, an email and a message. We do not handle patient records, health information or tax records. If you need that, tell us first. It needs a separate review and written agreement before any work starts.
