Where the time goes.

Four everyday moments where inquiries slow down.

HVAC company

A service request comes in after hours, or while the crew is out on a job. It waits until someone is back at a phone.

Clinic

A new inquiry arrives while the front desk is with someone. It waits until a person is free.

Accounting firm

Requests from new clients arrive in several places, and someone has to gather them before a reply can go out.

Coach

Every discovery request deserves a personal reply, but they pile up between sessions.

Service 1

Every inquiry answered, qualified and booked.

Each new inquiry gets a reply in your voice, a few well-chosen questions, and then a booking or a handover to a person. A new patient, a new client or a new service call all start the same way.

  • A reply that sounds like your practice
  • A few well-chosen questions
  • A booking, or a handover to a person

Also available: a website assistant that answers common questions and hands over to booking or a person.

For HVAC and home service companies: service and quote requests sorted by urgency, with urgent ones passed to a person straight away.

For coaches: content and blog automation, always reviewed by a person.

A short audit first. Then only what you need.

  1. Short audit

We look at how inquiries are handled today and agree what is worth automating. Sometimes the answer is nothing.

  2. Small fixed build

A small build with an agreed scope, made around how your clients and team actually work.

  3. Review and care

We check how it runs with real inquiries, make changes, and keep it working after launch.

See how it works

Ask less up front. Hand over at the right moment.

Ask less up front.

A long first form puts people off. The first message asks only what is needed to reply, and the rest comes later.

Reply the way your practice speaks.

The reply uses your words and your tone, so a new client hears the same voice they would meet at your front desk.

Hand over to a person at the right moment.

Some questions need a human. The build says so early and passes the conversation to your team with the details so far.

A build, explained.

A write-up of a personal demo project: what was built, why, and how it was tested.

SunCoast Air & Plumbing: AI Customer Service and Lead-Capture Agent

A 24/7 AI agent that answers customer questions from a company knowledge base, handles emergencies safely, and saves bookings to Google Sheets with a Telegram alert. Tested with 50 scenarios: 43/50 on the first run, 49/50 after fixes, 10/10 on safety-critical tests.

Questions owners ask first.

What does it cost?

Pricing depends on the scope, so it is shared on the free call, after we talk through what you need. The first call is free.

What happens to our data?

A build handles inquiry details such as a name, contact details and the question asked. Before it goes live, we tell you what it stores and where it goes. At launch, builds do not handle patient records, health information or tax records.

Who owns what is built?

You own the finished workflows once you have paid for them. I keep my general methods and templates, and I do not reuse your data for other clients. The terms are agreed before a build starts.

How long does it take?

Timing depends on the scope. The audit comes first, then we agree the scope and the timing before any build starts.
